Artists learn professional teaching techniques during a three-day summer training institute. They work with highly successful artist educators through a mentorship program and learn from child development experts and program designers how to take their unique gifts as artists and turn them into powerful learning experiences. They learn to partner with teachers and get to try out new program ideas with students.
